What I offer

Pilates

Pilates targets the powerhouse muscles, the core and the deep muscles running along the spine. This method also focuses on glutes, pelvic floor and other muscle groupes to build a harmonius body. It helps improve posture and promots strength, stability, and flexibility. This method is widely used in rehabilitation settings but is also beneficial to fitness advocates and elite athletes.

Pre and Post natal

The pre-natal sessions will help you stay in shape during those nine months. Physical activity is beneficial for the mum and for the baby. The sessions are personalised and adapted each trimester depending on the state of pregnancy and the abilities of each. Facilitate a return to your pre-natal weight and avoid post-natal depression.

Weight Loss

Losing weight, is not just about doing cardiovascular work like most people think, it is also about lifting weights. You need to burn fat and to do that, you need to build  lean muscles. The more muscles you have, the more calories you burn. You want to turn your body into a fat burning machine. Stop spending so much time on the treadmill  and start lifting some weights with a personalised program that I will provide. Be efficient, make the most of your time and train smart.

Strength Training

Lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age. Your body fat percentage will increase over time if you do not do anything to replace the muscles you loose over time. Strength  training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age. It will help you develop strong bones, manage your weight, manage chronic conditions such as arthritis, back pain, obesity and heart disease...

Outdoor sessions

Getting fit for summer does not mean that you have to spend all your free time at the gym. You can get a real killer cardiovascular workout , as well as tone and strengthen your muscles without  setting foot inside a fitness center. Brussels has beautiful public parks we can workout in. So let's get started and meet outdoors.

Nutrition advice

Nutrition counts for 70% and exercice for 30% approximatly. A good combination of both will give you great results. When exercising,  the brain releases endorphins 'happy hormones' which are responsible for this feeling of well-being you get after a workout. Endorphins are produced to help relieve pain, reduce stress and improve mood. However, If you want visible results, you will need to pay attention to your diet. I will give you nutrition advise to help you achieve maximum results.
